Content provider shall not provide any content that is false, defamatory, libelous, hateful, threatening, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, pornographic, obscene, or encourages anything that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate or infringe any third party rights or any law or regulation, including but not limited to laws or regulations relating to intellectual property rights, or harm or threaten the safety of any person. LGTV reserves the sole right at any time to limit what is published to the LGTV platform. Content provider warrants and represents that all Content it provides is original, wholly owned by provider, duly licensed, or is in the public domain and does not violate, conflict with or infringe any third-party rights. LGTV reserves the right to remove any Content that allegedly infringes another person’s copyright. Notices to LGTV regarding any alleged copyright infringement should be directed via email at info@lakegeorge.tv. By providing a video to LGTV, you grant LGTV a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the video on the LGTV platform and grant LGTV the right to store, transcode, and modify the uploaded information to ensure its compatibility with the LGTV Platform. Content providers own all right, title and interest in and to the videos they provide to LGTV. For seasonal or event videos, we will do our best to honor start and end dates.
